Converted on your device - nothing uploads
The PDF is a clean data table: the cell text, as shown in the sheet, in a simple grid with the first row as a repeated header. Excel print layout, colors, fonts, charts, images and cell formatting are not carried over; a formula keeps its last calculated value. For a multi-sheet workbook, only the first sheet converts. If a formula's result was never calculated and saved, or a number has more than 15 digits, the tool stops and names the cells instead of giving you changed or empty data.

Frequently asked questions

What does the PDF look like?
A clean, readable table: the first row becomes a bold header that repeats on every page, long text wraps inside its column, and pages are numbered. It is not a picture of your Excel print layout - colors, fonts, charts, images and cell formatting do not carry over.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Your spreadsheet is read and the PDF is built entirely on your device with the open-source SheetJS and jsPDF libraries. Nothing leaves your browser.
What happens to formulas and multiple sheets?
A formula keeps its last calculated value. If a formula's result was never calculated and saved, the tool stops and names the cell instead of leaving it empty - open the file in Excel, let it recalculate, save, and try again. In a multi-sheet workbook, only the first sheet converts, and the tool tells you when that happens.
Is there a size limit?
Sheets up to 5,000 rows convert in your browser. Wider sheets switch to landscape and wrap text rather than truncating it.
