Does it handle commas and quotes inside fields?
Yes. Fields wrapped in double quotes, embedded commas, line breaks inside quoted fields and doubled quotes ("") are parsed per the CSV standard (RFC 4180).
What JSON shape does it produce?
An array of objects - one object per data row, using the first row as keys. JSON to CSV expects that same shape: an array of flat objects.
Are numbers and booleans converted?
Values that look like numbers, true, false or null become real JSON values; everything else stays a string.
